This is a marvellous product with excellent ingredients, including B vitamins and sedatives like ashwagandha. The quality is superb, and the natural composition improves both adrenal and nervous system function, crucial as we age. My sleep has improved as well. The large size is adequate for long-term use and can be taken any time, ideally with meals.
